Siqi Tan


Visual Localization · 3D Reconstruction · Robotic Perception



I am a first-year PhD student at the University of Oxford, supervised by Prof. Daniele De Martini and Prof. Maurice Fallon. My research interests lie in the field of computer vision and robotics, currently focusing on visual localization, 3D reconstruction, and robotic perception. I hope my future research will enable spatial intelligence in robots, allowing them to better understand and interact with the world around them, and contribute to next-generation technologies in AR/VR, autonomous driving, and embodied AI.

Previously, I completed my Master’s degree at New York University, where I had a wonderful experience working with Prof. Chen Feng in the AI4CE Lab. Outside of research, I enjoy traveling, photography, jogging, and playing the piano. I am also a big fan of classical music. Cheese cake is my serious weakness.
